A new fine-dining initiative called 'A Moment to Savour' will run at Singapore's Marina Bay precinct from November 2026 through March 2027, bringing a series of exclusive restaurant collaborations to the city-state. Highlights include Waku Ghin pairing with Seoul's MOSU in November, led by Chef Anh Sung-Jae; a dramatic sixteen-chef collaboration at The Black Pearl in December; and the renowned Odette restaurant teaming up with Belgian Michelin-starred L'air du Temps in March. Other pairings involve Mumbai's Masque with Labyrinth, and Chef André Chiang's 1887 by André closing out the series. UOB cardholders receive priority presale access, with general bookings opening on 28 October 2026. Seats are limited. The initiative aims to position Singapore's Marina Bay as a world-class culinary destination and drive international food-tourism arrivals.
