Anjoca's Elba Corralejo Resort & Spa opened on 1 November 2026 in Corralejo, northern Fuerteventura, ahead of its originally planned December launch, adding 956 beds and a €100 million investment to the island.

Anjoca opened the Elba Corralejo Resort & Spa on 1 November 2026 in Corralejo, northern Fuerteventura, bringing its hotel count on the island to seven. The four-star property, originally scheduled to open in December, adds 956 beds to the area and represents an investment of around €100 million.

Covering 50,000 square metres near the El Campanario commercial centre, the resort includes 16,000 square metres of gardens and 4,000 square metres of pool space divided among 24 pools — six of which are river-style. Its 478 rooms include 52 swim-up rooms and 15 junior suites with private pools and solarium areas.

The resort is structured around the concept of "One Resort, Two Worlds," separating family and adults-only areas. The adults-only section offers a private solarium and an exclusive pool club called The Bow. Families are catered for with 4,000 square metres of children's and sports facilities, including the Pepe Aqua Land mini-aquapark. A spa restricted to guests aged 16 and over and a gym offering yoga, Pilates, Zumba and fit ball classes round out the wellness amenities. Dining options include four restaurants and four bars.

The project is expected to generate around 400 direct jobs. During construction it created approximately 500 additional positions. The Las Olivas municipality collected more than €1.4 million in urban planning fees tied to the development. Anjoca already operates several other hotels on the island, including the Elba Palace Golf Boutique Hotel and the Elba Sara Beach & Golf Resort.
