UFC 333: Volkanovski Defends Featherweight Crown Against Unbeaten Evloev in Abu Dhabi
Alexander Volkanovski puts his UFC featherweight title on the line against the undefeated Movsar Evloev (20-0) in the main event of UFC 333 at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi on 24 October 2026.
UFC 333 takes place at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi on 24 October 2026, headlined by a featherweight championship contest between two-time champion Alexander Volkanovski and the unbeaten Georgian-Russian contender Movsar Evloev (20-0). Volkanovski, widely regarded as one of the greatest featherweights in the sport's history, is making the second defence of his regained title after defeating Diego Lopes at UFC 325 in February 2026. Evloev, 32, arrives having never lost a professional MMA bout and has finished several top-ranked opponents in dominant fashion; 77 percent of pre-fight community picks favour Volkanovski, but the size and unbeaten record of Evloev have made this one of the more intriguing title fights in recent memory. The card features a compelling co-main event: a bantamweight title trilogy between champion Petr Yan and Merab Dvalishvili, a rivalry already defined by two contested decisions. Additional bouts include Alexander Volkov versus Rizvan Kuniev and Aaron Pico versus Losene Keita. The event begins at 10am ET with the main card at 2pm ET, making it a morning spectacle for North American audiences. Abu Dhabi has become one of the UFC's preferred international venues, and this edition is expected to draw a sell-out crowd.
