Netflix's 'Lupin' Returns with Part 4 After a Three-Year Wait
Omar Sy reprises his role as gentleman thief Assane Diop in Lupin Part 4, dropping all eight new episodes on Netflix on October 23, 2026 — the French thriller's first return since 2023.
Netflix released all eight episodes of Lupin Part 4 on October 23, 2026, ending a three-year gap since the French heist thriller last appeared on the platform. Omar Sy returns as Assane Diop, the charismatic thief inspired by the fictional gentleman burglar Arsène Lupin. The new episodes pick up four years after the events of Part 3, with Assane in prison. His plans are upended when a mysterious copycat criminal begins staging museum robberies using Lupin's signature methods, forcing Assane to break out of prison to clear his name and protect his family from dangerous enemies. The Part 4 cast includes returning stars Ludivine Sagnier, Antoine Gouy, Soufiane Guerrab, Shirine Boutella, Théo Christine and Laïka Blanc-Francard. Episodes run approximately 45 minutes each, and Netflix dropped the entire season at midnight PT — following its standard simultaneous global release model. The show has been one of Netflix's most internationally successful non-English originals since its 2021 debut.
