Three Sheets Founders to Open Oyster and Martini Bar Berryman's in Dalston
The siblings behind acclaimed Dalston bar Three Sheets are opening a 20-cover oyster and martini bar called Berryman's on Kingsland Road, launching 13 November 2026.
Max and Noel Vennings — the sibling duo behind Three Sheets, the Dalston cocktail bar that has peaked at number 16 on the World's 50 Best Bars list and recently celebrated its tenth anniversary — are opening a new oyster and martini bar called Berryman's at 508 Kingsland Road, east London, on 13 November 2026. The intimate venue will have 20 covers, open Thursday to Sunday from 5pm, and operate a walk-in-only policy. The name honours the founders' mother's maiden name, Berryman, and the menu pays homage to her Cornish roots. Head chef Ethan Pack, formerly of Claridge's, has built the food offering around Cornish oysters served with garnishes including strawberry mignonette, gherkin granita, kashmiri and clementine ponzu, and a house hot sauce made with green habaneros and lime. The wider menu draws on Mediterranean influences, featuring Bikini sandwiches, coppa di Parma, giardiniera pickles, and signature dirty martini crisps seasoned with juniper berries, kosseret tea, coriander seeds and olive powder. The rotating martini list includes a house Vesper and a white cosmopolitan with gooseberry, alongside other seasonal signatures, paired with an ever-changing wine list.
