Berlin Weather: Dry and Mild Tuesday Before Rain Returns Wednesday Night
Monday brought clouds and scattered showers with temperatures of 12–14 °C in Berlin and Brandenburg, but Tuesday promises a break with no precipitation and highs of up to 17 °C before rain pushes in from the north-west during Wednesday night into Thursday.
The German Weather Service (DWD) forecast for Berlin and Brandenburg described a brief mild interlude before autumn rain reasserts itself. Monday began cloudy with occasional brief showers and temperatures between 12 and 14 degrees Celsius. Overnight into Tuesday, clouds thickened further and some rain fell, with lows easing back to between 6 and 9 degrees. Tuesday itself was set to be the best day of the period — lightly to partly cloudy with no precipitation expected and afternoon highs of 14 to 17 degrees. Wednesday brought more encouraging news: any remaining rain was forecast to move off eastward, skies would brighten, and the day would stay dry with temperatures of 13 to 15 degrees. The improvement would not last long, however. During the night from Wednesday into Thursday, more cloud would build and light rain was set to push in from the north-west, with overnight lows falling to between 5 and 9 degrees.
