Berryman's: Three Sheets Founders to Open Intimate Oyster and Martini Bar in Dalston
The siblings behind acclaimed cocktail bar Three Sheets are opening a 20-cover oyster, martini and wine bar called Berryman's on Kingsland Road in Dalston on 13 November.
Time Out London reported that Max and Noel Venning, the sibling duo behind the highly regarded Three Sheets bar on Kingsland Road in Dalston, will open a new venture called Berryman's at 508 Kingsland Road, E8, on 13 November 2026. The bar seats just 20 covers on a walk-in-only basis, operating Thursday through Sunday from 5pm. Named after the founders' mother's maiden name as a tribute to her Cornish heritage, Berryman's will focus on Cornish oysters served with garnishes including strawberry mignonette, gherkin granita, Kashmiri and clementine ponzu, and house hot sauce. Head chef Ethan Pack, previously of Claridge's, leads the food programme. Drinks centre on rotating martini selections and an ever-changing wine list. Three Sheets is widely cited as one of London's best cocktail bars and Berryman's is expected to draw considerable interest at opening.
